· It was a blessing to witness Jeff Claes’ baptism last Sunday morning, April 25, by Barney! We praise God for our new Brother in Christ!

· Bruce Arketa completed the program and graduated from the Redwood Gospel Mission on Monday, April 26! Then on Friday he participated in the annual graduation ceremony! We’re extremely proud of Bruce and pray for God’s Blessings in his life.

· We extend heartfelt condolences to Les and Melanie Baptiste, in the loss of Melanie’s Mother on Thursday, April 29. Quote from Melanie: “Today my mother, Sandra Breshears, went to her heavenly father. She leaves behind a legacy of good deeds, a willingness to help others, and a quick hand to do what needs to be done. Acts 20:35 – ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive’ sums up my Mothers life. Words cannot express our feelings of loss, but I know she’s in a better place with no more pain and sorrow”

We’re excited to “Welcome Home” Dick & Maudine Ady! Dick will be preaching at 10:30 a.m., and directing a WEI power point presentation at 9 a.m., in the Auditorium. You will be blessed hearing stories on Dick’s work with World English Institute around the World.

National Day of Prayer – This Thursday, May 6!

Join praying believers all across the country on Thursday, May 6, in Courthouse Square. Prayer is from 12:00 p.m., to 1:00 p.m. Praise music begins at ll:00 a.m.

Thanks to the Spring Clean Volunteers!

Sonoma Avenue was blessed with “30” volunteers and cleaned up sections of Paulin Creek and Piner Creek. We finished our projects early and were given additional assignments. Thank you for helping us bless our city and bring glory to God!
