Prayers

Pray for Don & Kathy Seghieri’s  grandbaby  due June 1.   Pray for Jolita and Steven, that God will Bless them as they anticipate the birth of their first baby.  Pray God will guide the Doctor’s hands and bring Jolita and the Baby through a safe delivery. 

Pray for David Woods’ sister and brother-in-law; his sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer and his brother-in-law was just diagnosed with leukemia.

Pray for Randy Smith’s quick recovery and complete healing; he underwent outpatient surgery Friday on his Achilles tendon and will be  in a cast for 6 weeks. 

Pray for Barney’s Mother, Helen Cargile; that God will keep her in His loving care.  Pray for an added measure of strength for Barney and Linda and the entire family.

Everyone is invited to attend a fellowship honoring  Don & Kathy directly following our worship service at the Family Life Center.  Come and join hands and hearts in wishing Don & Kathy “Farewell” after being long time members of Sonoma Avenue for 37 years.   We ask for God’s Blessings to be with Don and Kathy as they transition into a new area and chapter in their lives.

Mission Chapel Cancelled  for Tonight

Our Monthly Mission Chapel at the Redwood Gospel Mission has been cancelled for tonight. 

First Softball Game  of the Season  This Thursday!

Come out and root for our Church Softball Team this Thursday,   Field #1, 7:15 p.m.,  at Rincon Valley Christian School.    We will be playing the RGM Team!      Remember to turn in your $25  registration checks (made out to the Church) to Rob Schuetz  or the Office. 

“Step Into Africa” – May 25-31,  – Sonoma County Fairgrounds

Allow 20-30 minutes for the interactive audio tour and experience  the journey of a child in an AIDS affected community.  The hours are  from  10 a.m. – 8 p.m.   Refer to  the Insert. 

Splash Lagoon Sunday School Summer Curriculum!

We’re kicking off Summer Sunday School with a splash!   Our Splash Lagoon Sunday School summer curriculum aims to make Sunday School a highlight of every kid’s summer.  Please contact Daphne if you can help with decorations, craft preparation, snacks, or as an Aqua Patrol staff member (on rotation).   The Summer Quarter is June 6 – August 29. 

Please Turn in Your Local Mission Trip Volunteer Forms!

Many volunteers are needed to house teens and chaperones; help cook meals and provide  transportation August 1-7.   Look for forms on the Foyer Table and sign up to help. 

PCC Baby Bottle Blast Fundraiser  - Pick up a Bottle Today!

Please fill bottles   generously with coins, bills and checks for Pregnancy Counseling Center and turn them into the Office by June 20.  Your gifts of love will bless Mothers and babies in Sonoma County.
